Terms for cancellation and change

1. Orders via the internet must be changed / canceled via email post@avdalen.no

2. Extension of stay / booking can not be guaranteed and is dependent on occupancy. Price may also vary.

3. Orders via telephone / e-mail / reception can be changed / canceled via post@avdalen.no.

4. Cancellation terms are equally independent of how / where the booking is made.

5. Cancellation policy:

   5.1. 30 days before arrival: 100% refund

   5.2. 29-14 days: 50% refund

   5.3. 13 - 0 days before arrival: no refund

   (Changes / cancellations must be made by 12:00)

6. In the event of unforeseen events that require the stay to be interrupted / shortened, no refund will be given. Avdalen Gard recommends that all guests sign a travel insurance in advance of their stay, and that any claims for compensation be directed there.
